What you put out is what you get back!

If you are looking in a mirror
and you see your face with a frown on it
you know that you don't go over to the mirror
and try to force the reflexion to smile...
You must smile first.
There is no way to change the reflexion
without you smiling first,
but you can also conversely  understand
that when you decide to smile...
the reflexion has no choice but to return the smile,
because it doesn't have a mind of its own.

So the idea to understand
is that physical reality
very much is like a mirror.
It will not change untill you do first,
but if you do...
it has no choice but to follow suit
because it is only a reflexion
of what you have put out.
